Conflict is a reality of business. It needs to be managed carefully. A strategic shift by business towards mediation is taking place. The focus is now on managing disputes to get the best business outcome, rather than ‘winning’ at court.

We are different

We are mediators who have all managed our own businesses. We know mediation inside and out: as mediators, as parties and as professional advisers. Our blend of management, commercial and legal experience gives us insights that are ideally suited to resolving business disputes.

We offer a range of mediation styles and sector experience to suit individual client needs. We can also provide a combination of styles and expertise through co-mediation, at minimal additional cost.

Why mediate?

Conflict is costly, stressful and destructive. A successful mediation eliminates the risks and costs associated with conflict: wasted management time, reputational damage, and the uncertain outcome of legal proceedings. Mediation enables disputes to be settled in a matter of weeks and at a fraction of the cost that going to court usually entails.

Mediation saves UK businesses approximately £2.4 billion a year in direct and indirect costs.

What disputes do we mediate?

We mediate disputes between businesses, but also disputes within businesses; cases that are already in litigation, and also disputes before they escalate or where relationships are under strain.
